Beta Television Goes Off Air

Beta Television Goes Off Air

Entertainment, Sports
Beta TV which made headlines last year for covering super league games has stopped airing and information indicates that its management has no money to fund operations. On July 26, 2016 it was announced that Beta TV signed contract with SULOM to cover league games live in a deal worth K266 million per season (for three years). Surprisingly the deal has failed to live up to its billing as the league games coverage was suspended even before a year elapsed and now our sources within the company are disclosing that employees had gone months without a pay. Beta TV is on channel 112 on MDBN, GOtv channel 814 and channel 053 on Zuku TV. NE
